HIRE:
A reservation is made with a deposit of 50% ($1,300) by check made payable
and mailed to: Ezell Group Ltd, PO Box 7, Waterloo, NY 13165. Balance is due 60 days prior to
hire. Book early to reserve your date.
HIRE PERIOD:
Saturday-to-Saturday departures are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. with
boat returned, tidy and vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the return date.
Vessel is returned to point of departure in Waterloo, NY.
CANCELLATION FEE:
The following charges apply to cancellations within the period
shown: fewer than 45 days prior to hire = 100% of fare; 46-90 days
prior to hire = 50% of fare; 90 or more days prior to hire = 15% of
fare. Cancellation insurance information will be sent with your
reservation confirmation.
HIRERS:
No license or experience is required. Low Bridge Charters will
provide on-the-water instruction at no charge but reserves the right
to deny hire to anyone who, in our opinion, is not suited to the
responsibility of a vessel. In that event, all deposits and payments
will be refunded without further claim of either party. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $500 deposit check, will be held by Low Bridge
Charters at the time of hire.
INSURANCE:
You operate and are responsible for the boat. Liability coverage is
required; your policy may cover you or choose ours for $100 per boat
per week.
RESTRICTIONS:
Weather and water conditions vary. Low Bridge Charters
reserves the right to restrict cruising on Seneca and Cayuga and Oneida
lakes and Lake Ontario in New York; and the Atlantic Ocean. Low
Bridge Charters must approve exceptions in advance.
PETS:
Sorry, pets are not allowed on board.
